All items are shipped via Canada Post in Canada and USPS to the United States.
Yes we offer free shipping in Canada on all orders over $50!
For our friends across the border we offer Free Shipping to the USA on all orders over $75!
To the USA, yes! But to the rest of the world, not yet. If you really have a hankering, shoot us an email from your far away land and we’ll see what we can do for you!
We pride ourselves on speedy service! Once your order is placed it will be filled by our team the next business day. Please allow 3-7 business days (Canada) or 5-11 business days (US) after you have received an email saying your order has been shipped.
Refund Policy
It's important to us that our customers are happy with their purchases and love our products!
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly at 250-818-7658 or info@hornbyorganic.com within 14 days of delivery. When contacting us regarding a return please have your order number handy (when emailing, include it in the headline of your email).
Due to the nature of our food products, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis, and will work with our customers to make it right!
Merchandise (all non-food related products) such as Tshirts and mugs are final sale.
If your order arrives damaged (eekk, let’s hope not!), please take a picture of the damage.
To start a claim please email your name, order number and photos to info@hornbyorganic.com to start a claim.
It’s important to document the damage as we won’t be able to refund your purchase without it.
Please also keep your products, as we may require that you return them to process the refund.
Once we issue a return shipping label and the product is shipped back to us, we strive to have refunds issued within 3-5 business days.
