For our friends across the border we offer Free Shipping to the US on orders of 2 boxes or more.

We pride ourselves on speedy service! Once your order is placed it will be filled by our team the next business day. Please allow 2-5 business days (Canada) or 5-7 business days (US) after you have received an email saying your order has been shipped.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly at 250-818-7658 or firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of delivery. When contacting us regarding a return please have your order number handy (when emailing, include it in the headline of your email).
Due to the nature of our food products, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis, and will work with our customers to make it right!
Merchandise and all non-food related products are fully refundable within 14 days of delivery as long as they have not been worn, or used. Again, reach out directly to start a return claim.
If your order arrives damaged (eekk, let’s hope not!), please take a picture of the damage.

It’s important to document the damage as we won’t be able to refund your purchase without it.
Once we issue a return shipping label and the product is shipped back to us, we strive to have refunds issued within 3-5 business days.
