Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes we do. To qualify for free shipping in Canada purchases meet a minimum of $50.

For our friends across the border we offer free shipping to the US on orders of $75 or more. 

How about internationally? 

Sorry, not yet. But, if you really have a hankering, shoot us an email from your far away land and we’ll see what we can do for you! 

How is Hornby Organic Shipped?

All items are shipped via Canada Post in Canada and USPS to the United States.

How long will it take to get my order?

We pride ourselves on speedy service! Once your order is placed it will be filled by our team the next business day. Please allow  2-7 business days (Canada) or 5-9 business days (US) after you have received an email saying your order has been shipped. *Please note that delays may occur during pandemics or natural disasters.

What if I want to cancel my order after it has shipped?

Once your order is shipped we unfortunately cannot refund your purchase, as shipping charges have been paid and your order is on it's way. If we have shipped the wrong items by mistake or something is deemed incorrect due to our end, we of course will accommodate. 

What do I do if my order is damaged?

If your order arrives damaged (eekk, let’s hope not!), please take a picture of the damage.

To start a claim please email your name, order number and photos to returns@hornbyorganic.com to start a claim.It’s important to document the damage as we won’t be able to refund your purchase without it. 

Is my order final sale?

All orders are final sale unless we have shipped the wrong items by mistake or something is deemed incorrect due to our end. 

 What if I specified the wrong shipping address?

If you email us right away we will try to catch this mistake before the order is released. If we aren't notified before the order is released you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to return the item to our warehouse and re-issue it to yourself. In the case that you would then like to cancel your order. We will refund the balance of the order value remaining after the return shipping charges have been applied.
