It's important to us that our customers are happy with their purchases and love our products! 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly at 250-818-7658 or info@hornbyorganic.com within 14 days of delivery. When contacting us regarding a return please have your order number handy (when emailing, include it in the headline of your email). 

Due to the nature of our food products, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis, and will work with our customers to make it right!  

Merchandise and swag related products are final sale.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged please take a picture of the damage!

To start a claim please email your name, order number and photos to info@hornbyorganic.com to start a claim. It’s important to document the damage as we won’t be able to refund your purchase without it.
