Christina Picton

Christina is a Paralympic Para Nordic Skier and Biathlete.  She has been skiing since 2020 and represented Canada at the 2022 Beijing Paralympic Games. Prior to taking up skiing, Christina could be found at the rink.  She played hockey for 17 years before learning to ski and was previously the captain of the Canadian Women's Para Ice Hockey Team. Christina made the bold choice to switch sports and hasn't looked back since. Her eyes are currently set on the Milano/Cortina Paralympic Winter Games in 2026. In her off time, Christina works as a contract graphic designer, with a niche in parasport and disability awareness and education.

2023 - 2nd Overall Female Para Nordic Sit Skier of the 2022/2023 season

2023 - Bronze Medalist - 12.5km Biathlon, Ostersund World Championships
